I am thinking about getting a cold air intake and maybe a tbs for my 07 frontier but not sure which kind to get. Does anybody have any suggestions? Will this mess with my warranty?

Just installed the Injen Power Flow in my 06 4.0. Mabye half hour install, great fit and finish. injen claims 10 to 12 H.P. gains and about the same gains for torque. it'll cost ya bout  $375 but from what I understand the Injen is the best. Not to mention, when couipled with an exhaust system, the truck sounds pretty beefy.

Almost forgot. To the best of my knowledge, there shouldnt be any warranty problems.

What would be the better CAI to get? I am deciding between a K&N or a Nismo. I just want to see what others think before i make a decision.

The Nismo might be your better bet. I have never heard much good about the   K & N. Get more opinions, to be honest i'm not 100%

I have the K@N 77 series intake in my 06 CC NIsmo, along with JBA headers/exhaust.  The K@N is awesome.  ABout 11.7 HP gain, and costs around 250.  Manufactured directly to specs to fit perfectly. The filters dont need to be cleaned for 30-50k miles.  There is a cleaning kit for about 12 bucks.  It sounds mean during acceleration.  Not C.A.R.B certified yet for '06 so its a no go if your in CA.  Besides that it rocks!

I just put the K&N in my 06 Nismo and I can feel a slight difference and the truck sounds a lot better. It is a lot louder too. I paid about $300 for it and it took about an hour to install with me and a buddy. I have never put one in before. According to K&N with a dyno they got 11.63 hp increase. Check out my pictures to see what it looks like.

got a volant cold air intake system installed on my 2007 frontier,  Its the only cold intake with the filter in an enclosed box so you only get fresh air from outside not hot air from engine compartment. easy installation 30-40 min. had a nismo on my 2002 frontier, volant is the best
