Check out Weapon-R products. They got the air flow meter adaptor, and the actual intake.

Stay away from the junky mass produced ones on ebay. I have heard terrible things about them.

Btw what motor have you got in the frontier? Is it z24 or ka24?

Yeah I am sure you can find all kinds of crap on e-bay.
But I will research it and check it out before buying just anything. My truck is nice and so is every product I use on it. Pay for crap and that's what you get. Anyway
weapon-r is the s***. There products are for serious race enthusiasts. They specially made my intake because they no longer stock that one. I am very happy with the power difference. By the way don't all frontiers stock a
KA24DE. Z24 died with the hardbodies. Or got rebuilt and ran like crap for 3,000 miles then jumped out of the hood
going down the freeway leaving only memories.

I had a friend with a 98 frontier 4x4 that had a z24 in it. It actually had no problem pulling this guys 33" tires. I thought at first a frontys had ka24 but then this guy popped his hood and it was the napZ.

That's cool. Is that motor actually stock in the truck or was it dropped in. Z24 is a well respected motor and yes it has plenty of horse to pull 33's or with some work no problem. My buddy had a 89 z24 and we submerged
it in muddy water over hood height and got it back to almost perfect running cond. It was also stuck in large dune bowls out in Glamis a number of times. Blew a clutch
and that was it.

Yeah I could imagine it was probably impossible to run stock brakes with that set-up. People out here in Cali.
are goof balls. People will do do that kind of stuff but will use stock brakes and gears. I never could understand the logic. Either way I wish I had the Z24 motor in my frontier. There is a lot more you can do to those things and it's a hell of a lot easier to get parts, even legal ones. I'd love to see those pics. Wish
I had pics of my buddies truck and all the places we got stuck doing stuff people with 4x4 didn't have the balls to do. We called it the billy goat.
