Don't go with the Eaton offered in the S/C editions.  Eaton actually makes a Supercharger that is one level up, and 20 times better than the stocker.  You'll have to inquire around into which one it is, as I can't recall the model # off my head.

You will also need to look into the ECM There are a few other things that are differant on the SC if you have access to an FSM you can do a little research on the differances. I am not saying it cant be done but you are talking big $$$ to do this.

That number could easily be done if you had the 2.4L out of the Frontier.  The KA24DE motor is the same used in the last generation of 240sx.  Plenty of parts there.  You just need to get a stronger manual tranny as well.

I sure would love to see a 300hp frontier V6 but you might also have to beef up the transmission and maybe the rear end. This could be an interesting project pick up an VG33 from a bone yard and have some fun with it. I dont know if you could reprogram the ECM maybe you would need some kind of laptop based ECM lots of things to think about.

I have been pricing old engines on www.car-part.com I have found a few 3.3's on there some are way over priced some are just cores you can get something in the 700.00-800.00 range that should be in ok shape. when I have more time I am thinking about getting one and playing with it.
