I realy like the stock 05+ nismo 6 spoke 16x7xjj 30 and am planing uniball uca's adjustable coilovers and dever leafspring pack so I will be running A sweet tire size I found. The maxxis Bighorn 255/85r16d/8pr = 33.30" tall 10.03"wide and is for a 7" wide wheel. SWEEEEEET PRERUNNER TIRE!    http://www.maxxis.com/

Hey nismoboy05 great question. Well if someone made a fiberglass fender for the 05+ frontier then NO because typically fiberglass fenders have a bigger opening so there should not be a problem. The stock nismo tire is a BFG Rugged Trail 265/75r16 = 31.8" tall and 10.40" wide the maxxis Bighorn is 255/85r16 = 33.30" tall and 10.03" wide. So the overall width is about the same infact about 3/8" narrower and 1 1/2" taller overall divided by 2 = 3/4" bigger on each side of the tire. And  also knowing that you can go out to your truck and measure 3/4" bigger, check on all sides turn the steering wheel and move the tire to both exstremes and check for clearance. I am planning the total chaos UCA'S and a adjustable coilover so it will lift 2"- 3" giving more clearance for the tire and our truck's suspension is SOFT and bottom's out very easy. Lifting the truck with these componants will move the bottom control arm furter away from the bump stop giving more up travel before bottoming out and the UCA give more down travel. Also the coilover should be progressivly stiffer so the suspension will have more travel and won't bottom out so easily.  MY .02

Okay, I asked this in another fourm, but I'm going to ask it here.....

I have a 06 Nismo Crew Cab.  I bought a suspension lift that will give me 3 inches of lift. I want to run the Super Swamper 265/80/16 on 16X8 Americn Racing "Mojave" wheels.  Does any one know if that tire will clear the fender wells without me having to trim the fenders or make any body mod's?
