For the guys that do their own oil changes and have dumped oil all over the pan underneath and have it drip for days.
Take some 4 inch PVC cut it in half length wise so you have a "half pipe" and make a trough that runs through hole in the skid plate pan. You can loosen the filter through the hole in the skid plate and then reach around the pan from the right side of the truck to remove it by hand. Put the PVC in the hole, catch the oil and let the filter slide right to you on the PVC. Oh put your drain pan under the trough. No more mess.
