The tensioner shoe is new design and held up very well.
Have them check the in service date, covered under the 5/60
power train warranty. Most likely it is out. I would not be
afraid for that concern, but I would highly suggest having
it done at a Nissan dealer. Out of pocket, it's a 9 hour
job and I'm guessing $200 in parts.
