2000, NISSAN, Frontier TRUCK V6-2WD, 6 cylinder, 3.3 liter

Been having my 2000, NISSAN, Frontier TRUCK V6-2WD, 6 cylinder, 3.3 liter, stall out on me intermittently.  I have redone all the plugs, wires, cap and rotor.  Also changed the fuel pump.  No change.

I live in Hawaii with warm temps and this problem happens now after about 10 minutes of run time.  The engine starts to sputter then stalls out out.  Usually after letting it sit for a few hours, It restarts with no problem.

Any feedback that helps would be appreciated.  Are there any related recalls?

Your help in this forum would be appreciated.  Mahalo!

Contact your dealer, it may need the fuel sender recall
performed, R0402.

Found the problem.  The distributor module under the cap and rotor was intermittently shorting out.  It finally gave out fully and when replaced, worked perfectly.  It was a long-winded fix to a hard-to-find problem.  Hope this helps others who come this way.  Goodluck.  Aloha Ke Akua...
