im finding antifreeze in sparkplug chamber #4 only,  what could be causing this

Do you mean the coolant is external in the spark plug hole
or internal in the combustion chamber? If it is external,
possible intake gasket leak. If it is internal, possible
head gasket.

  seems to be in the combustion chamber because its causing the plug to missfire there is 129000 mile on the engine

If it is in the combustion chamber, it is most likely the
head gasket. Are you sure it is not just a plug wire
shorting to ground? Do you get any white billowing smoke at
start-up? I've seen a lot of head gaskets leak externally,
but very rare to see them leak internally.

no im not seeing any white smoke at start-up , I have replaced the sparkplugs (ngk plugs),plugwires, distrubitor,rotor and it still, missfires on number 4 but not all of the time. im am lossing coolant
